The Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation (KFF), a non-partisan source of facts, analysis, and journalism related to employee benefits, will release its Employer Health Benefits Survey on November 10, 2021. This annual survey provides a detailed look at trends in employer-sponsored health coverage and is considered the pre-eminent source for benefit benchmark data. Matthew Rae, Associate Director for the Program on the Health Care Marketplace at the Kaiser Family Foundation, will present on the findings from the 2021 survey just one week following its release. The survey will include insights into how COVID-19 is impacting employee benefit offerings. This presentation will give employers valuable insight into industry trends and benchmarks to help inform their benefits planning for 2022 and beyond.
